To stop or not to stop!!!

The dilemma of every Emergency medical service personnel while resuscitating out of hospital cardiac arrest is whether to continue or not. Termination of Resuscitation (TOR) is not an easy decision, especially in prehospital setting. TOR becomes important especially in preserving the resources for a salvageable patient. AHA 2025 has put forward a universal guideline to help prehospital health care workers to decide to terminate resuscitation.
